twill was inspired by Faramir's Ranger cloak. It features a
pointed hood. The

during the weaving of the fabric or during our construction, with the
exception of the hemline which has been partially distressed to give

on a historic garment
from the late 1700's, this unlined cloak has lines reminiscent of a
Drover coat and fastens via 3 closures at the front. The
weathered and distressed black 100% cotton twill fabric is not
historically accurate to the 1700's time period, but the variegated
gray color gives the impression of long use and exposure to sunlight in
a brand new garment. This will add a touch of 'realism' to
your
character. Add "mud" or shred the hemline (or both) for an even more
lived in look. This weathered cloak measures 51" from center

caroling cape was based
on a ‘stylish cape’ design from an original McCall’s Magazine dated
December 1904. We melded ideas from several different views
in
the historic reference to come up with the cape you see here. This Victorian caroling cape is made from unlined hunter green coat weight 100% wool melton for the main body and shorter shoulder cape, each trimmed with burgundy colored velvet ribbon. Over these is a burgundy velvet stole with lappets trimmed with gold passementerie, and lined with matching burgundy satin. Around the neck area is a gold 100% silk dupioni decorative collar. This ornate cape has four hand cast brass thistle lacers at the center front as closure. The main cape body measures 25” at center front base of neck to hemline. | Midnight Eve Silk Velvet Cloak Inspired by evening cloaks from the 1950's, this black satin lined cloak is made from black flat pile silk velvet. This type of silk velvet won't crush in strategic high-use areas over time - the nap is already flat over the entire surface, creating a look like an unusual pelt. This evening cloak is decorated with sequins, rhinestones, shiny black beads and two rhinestone clasps at the center front opening. Shown here with a blue silk/linen slip dress (not included) for contrasting color purposes, this cloak has side front slits from hemline to elbow level as shown on the right hand side above. Hunter green velvet cloak is made from a soft and thick crush resistant
synthetic velvet and features a rounded full hood. This
budget conscious cloak is unlined, and measures 53" from the
Brass Romance clasp to hem. This cloak has no
arm slits; arm slits are available on custom ordered cloaks.
Since this cloak is unlined, it is
machine washable on cold, and tumble dry on low, or it may be

| Inspired
by the elven cloaks worn
while travelling away to the Western Sea, this synthetic stretch tie
dye velvet cloak has shades of smoky gray, amethyst, and rose.
This cloak features a uniquely designed hood with points that
tuck in at the nape
of the neck causing rich folds that drape around the face.
These
cloaks are 53" from clasp to bottom hem - just above floor length for
someone 5'6" tall. Shown above are two variations of this cloak using exactly the same fabric - the light catches the material differently depending on which direction the fuzzy part of the velvet (the 'nap') is facing. On the headless form is the visually 'darker' version with a dark metal Antiquity clasp, and shown with the hood up is the visually 'lighter' version with an antiqued silver tone Art Nouveau style clasp. | Over seventy-five embroidered
silver snowflakes in different shapes and sizes appear to swirl around
the front opening, rounded full hood and hemline of this cardinal red
100%
wool flannel cloak. This embroidered cloak is fully lined with heavy
white satin throughout the cloak body and with white velboa short pile
faux fur (or like a very long pile velvet) in the hood. The
velboa folds to the outside edge of the hood as a border.
This cloak has arm slits in the side seams. Closure is a
hidden coat weight hook and eye at the neckline. This cloak measures
54" from clasp to hem. Due to the embroidery at the hemline, this cloak can not be hemmed after purchase. The snowflakes were researched and digitized from actual ice crystal photo records, then painstakingly machine embroidered over the course of several hours. Just as each snowflake is unique, this cloak is a one-of-a-kind and will never be exactly repeated!
